This is an incredible opportunity for you to bring new energy and creativity to your daily life, work and performances, and she can't wait to share it with you all.

TWERK AND IMPROVISATION

The idea of this block is to make it continuous and constant developing the elements everyday. The aim of this practice is to move without judgment, exploring the space and mobility of the pelvis, producing energy by connecting with the core.

IMPROVISATION
The aim of this practice is to explore the places of pleasure within our bodies. By delving into foundational elements we will work on enhancing our strength and stability through playful exercises, we'll play games with our body’s weight to find balance and movement fluidity in transitions from movements to movements.

INTRODUCTION TO VOGUE FEM by DESTINY GABBANA 007

As a part of « Marlla takes over Jezebel » Destiny Gabbana 007 will give you 4 class of voguing fem at Jezebel studio.

Goal it’s to help those who strugle with the base and the 5 éléments of vogue fem! During these workshop, you will discover the history of the ballroom community. And the 5 elements of vogue. The classes are beginners friendly, but also good for those who want to get back to the base.

Don’t forget: The ballroom community is a community made by black, brown and LatinX trans and drag people for black and brown and latinx trans and drag people. It’s a Life style, voguing is not a dance but a way of expressing coming from the femqueen of the ballroom scene.
