Tricks in Heels w/ Kristina
Ready to get kicking with Kristina? This workshop consists of hot tricks involving jumps, inversions, drops and dynamic transitions.
Starts at Pole Plus 1 level and you have done at least two seasons of Heels-related classes.
Come in an outfit you feel comfortable in. Always provide knee pads, socks, cleaning supplies and your own grip if necessary (can be bought in the studio).

POC Pole w/ Bissi
During POC Pole, we come together as a community of racialised minds & bodies that enjoy pole dance. POC Pole aims to be a physical, emotional & political space for those affected by racism. It is a space in chosen mixity.
Different levels of pole dancers are welcome here! But you know the basic techniques of pole dance. This is not an initiation. We warm up together and will work on different skills and combos that can be adaptable to any level. You can also work on your own goals and ask guidance from the instructor.
A racialized person is “someone who is an actual or perceived member of a group which has been subject to a racialization process" - basically, anyone non-white. It's a pro-black and brown, pro-trans, pro-sexwork, pro-fat space. This is a non-competitive and non-comparative class, every pole-journey is valid.

Cluster Creations w/ Aurora
This very new and exciting workshop with Aurora has the goal to step away from the independent mentality of pole dancing and to start working as one group around the pole. The way we pole dance is often very individual, but what if you have an organism of a large group of people moving together, not in function of the pole and doing tricks but in function of each other? The workshop is about seeking human contact, and making something immobile, hard and cold like a dance pole seem soft and fluid through the connections the group will make. The workshop will be guided and choreographed by Aurora but also includes free creation moments in little groups to research new patterns that are unique to the group.
This is a 3 hour workshop, with time for an introduction, breaks, snacks, “showcase” moments at the end and plenty of time for play!
Experience: Comfortable in Pole Base: climb, knee hook, sits. Comfortable with being touched and having physical contact from other people when dancing.
What to bring: Loose and comfortable clothes and pole wear (shorts, sports bra).
How to sign up: Subscribe via Jezebel Studio (Acuity platform). Because the workshop is 3 hours, you will pay with 2 credits when subscribing with a package or €30 if bought as a single class.

character exploration w/Shy
Shy (they/them) is a belgian dancer, make up artist and all-round clown. Nowadays, they moved away from training tricks on the pole and created their own style and class they call experimental flow, in which they combine their love for poledance with their passion for movement exploration and being their weird little self.
In this class we will work with choreo and improvisation to explore different moods and ways of performing. Elements such as music, costume and narrative can influence the ways in which we move and express ourselves. What changes in our dance when we add props? How is our improvisation influenced by what we wear? And can we tell different stories by making slight adjustments to a choreo? No performance experience required, just a basic level of poledance knowledge and an opennes to explore. All kinds of personalities are super welcome. Even potential shyness could be used to make a character.
All levels of (pole) dance welcome!
Bring any clothing that makes you feel good, and if you want, bring wigs, costume elements or come to class with a (weird) make up!

Experimental pole flow w/ Shy
Shy (they/them) is a belgian dancer, make up artist and all-round clown. Nowadays, they moved away from training tricks on the pole and created their own style and class they call experimental flow, in which they combine their love for poledance with their passion for movement exploration and being their weird little self.
In this class we let go of everything we ever learned about poledance. we find ways to move with the pole as an object to expand our movement possibilities. think hanging, pushing, holding, flexed feet, weird hands, isolations, and anything that feels good. We start the class with a 30 minute led improvisation, starting from very mindful movements on the floor, evolving to exploring with weight, focus on different body parts, flowing through up and down... after, we explore some experimental movement in static positions. At last we learn a little low flow choreo that we will dance together.
All levels welcome!
It is advised to wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt, but honestly anything that makes you feel good will do!

END OF SEASON PARTY
From now on, we won't end the season anymore without a big show !! This season the end-of-season show will take place Friday May 30th. A show by and for all our students - past, present & future. A moment to come together, celebrate and be proud of what we have learned over the course of the season.
Just like last year there will be an Open Podium; a moment for you to take the stage. This can be pole related, but can also be something else. Whatever you feel like showing, solo or in a group. No curation or selection is done; there is space for everyone. Send us an email or talk to one of your teachers about it. You can get help with your performance from the teacher that inspires you the most and general rehearsals are organised with Zora closer to the date.
More info will follow over the course of the coming months - but put the date already in your agenda !!

Pole Breakdance w/ Rosy
If you haven’t danced with Rosy yet, this is your moment! Step outside of what you know and get the Rosy experience….
Rosy is everything beyond the imaginable. Her style is like her way of teaching: always a big surprise. Leave your red nose at home because with Rosy you will definitely learn how to think and dance out of your box!
In this workshop we will learn basic breakdancing techniques, vocabulary and take a look at creation of choreographies. We’ll have fun mixing these aspects with pole dancing and release our wildest flow!
All levels welcome, including absolute beginners. You don’t need any previous experience with pole dance or any other sport/dance.

Nevruz/Newroz/Nowruz
Same name, similar roots, but across histories and borders, this day carries different struggles, different joys, and endless ways to celebrate. What remains unchanged? Spring is coming.
Shake off the winter blues, crawl out of hibernation, and step into the warmth of each other at Jezebel! Newroz means "the new day"—a day of fire, joy, and renewal. But for many, it’s so much more than just the turn of a season. It’s a burning symbol of resistance, identity, and defiance—and no one knows this better than the Kurdish people, who have carried this fire through centuries of struggle.
The taste of spring is in the air, the days are stretching longer, and we are ready to celebrate! Are you? Come dance to SWANA beats, together let’s get the Halay and the “fire” started!
📅 March 23 | 17:00-20:00 | Iftar Time 19:01
🍽 Potluck-style feast—bring a dish to share, bring your energy and your fire. 🔥
"Kaçak çay" (smuggled tea) and some other soft drinks will be on us.

How do we make sure we don't stall? You will learn it all!
Level: Comfortable in Pole Base. In this class, no tricks are done where we hang upside down. We stay with our feet mostly on the ground.

Double Workshop w/ Tori Shiro
German transition and fashion queen, Tori Shiro, is coming to our studio for the second time with two new inspiring workshops.
14h > 15h30 ~ PLUMA
Pluma is a spinning workshop that focuses on lightness, flow, and effortless movement. It explores seamless transitions that go beyond the shape itself, working through spinning sequences that keep you in motion for longer than you imagined.
We’ll explore techniques to amplify rotation, refine smooth weight shifts, and create a sense of floating through movement. By understanding momentum and control, you’ll learn how to move softly and with ease, letting your body glide through the air. Expect fluid transitions and continuous motion.
Beginner-friendly, but must be comfortable with spinning pole.
15h30 > 17h ~ NESTING
Somewhere between movement and stillness, there is a space to rest. A home within your body, a quiet place to land.
This workshop explores low flow and grounded movement, drawing inspiration from the way creatures build, burrow, and retreat to spaces of safety. We’ll focus on fluid sequences weaving floorwork, static basework, and slow spins, using soft strength to create a movement language that is both protective and expansive.
We’ll fold into ourselves and unfold again - moving like something soft but unshaken. We’ll play with weight shifts, drags, curls, and slow unravelings, finding ways to move that feel instinctual, intuitive, and personal. This is a practice in listening to your body and to the silence between shapes. A reminder that strength doesn’t always look like power - sometimes it looks like being held, being close, knowing when to stay and when to let go.
Level: All levels.
Please bring overknee socks for extra comfort and support.
